Required Player Equipment Provided by the Mountaineers

Helmet, Chin Strap, Shoulder Pads, Yellow Belt, Practice Shirt and” Game Shirt, Rib Vest (optional), Practice Pants and” Yellow Game Pants, Knee Pads, Thigh Pads, Tail Pad, and Hip Pads.


Required Player Equipment Acquired by Player

The following equipment is required but must be purchased separately by the player. Colored Mouthpiece with helmet strap (No clear or white mouthpieces), Cup, Navy Blue Game Socks, Cleats (metal cleats are not allowed) and Water Bottle.


Suggested Equipment That Should be Purchased by Player

2 Extra Mouthpieces, Water Bottle with a Straw, Fore Arm Pads, A Light Shirt to wear under shoulder pads and Girdle with Pad Pockets.


MPR: The Minimum Play Rule

The acronym MPR stands for “Minimum Play Rule”. The rule is in place to provide an opportunity for full participation by all participants regardless of athletic skill. The MPR rule is in place for regular season and playoffs. Read more here: MPRRules.doc
